Workout Progress

Since last week I have been making an effort to go to the gym at least 5 times a week. Went 7 times in 5 days so pretty proud of that. This week I am gonna work on incorporating more cardio/abs with my usual weight lifting. I got lazy with cardio since I viewed it only important for weight loss, but it is for toning also. Still trying to stick with more lean meat protein if possible.

Yay!! Bello loves his CareFRESH Confetti Small Pet Bedding!! It looks like a party in his tank. And he isn’t itchy, for the first time he was really calm after I cleaned his tank. He ate, chewed on the bedding, burrowed and fell asleep.
